with our first alpaca purchase of three juvenile males in late 2005. After gaining a year of valuable experience in

Like any reputable alpaca farm operation, Big Red Acres
is a member of recognized industry associations such as Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association (AOBA), New England Alpaca
Owners and Breeders Association (NEAOBA), and The Alpaca Registry, Inc. (ARI). Jen has chaired the nominating committee
for the NEAOBA Board of Directors the past few years. All of our alpacas are registered, meaning that we have a documented
pedigree for each animal. You can learn more about these affiliations by going to our Links page.
Big Red Acres is conveniently located in Andover, MA in the heart of the Merrimack Valley near the intersection of major highway Routes 93 and 495. We are only about a 30 minute drive from Boston, and 15 minutes from the New Hampshire border.
